Already O v e r -Ch. 4-Xemnas didn't, or even try to, land a single blow on him, but Sora was exhausted. He was on his knees, trying to catch his breath. The rain falling made him feel a little bit better, but not by much. Sora was mainly the one attacking, but like Xemnas, he also didn't land a blow. Could this all be a part of Xemnas' plan? He rose to his feet, looking at the Superior. Unlike Sora, he was still full of strength, and could go on much longer. He was standing in front of the Skyscraper, blades in hand.
"Are you already finished?" Xemnas inquired. "What a shame...and to think that I was actually having fun killing you."
He kicked Sora onto the gro
Already O v e r -Ch. 3-Sora wandered aimlessly around the floating platform, Xemnas nowhere in sight. He called his name a few times, but his only reply was silence.
"Great..." Sora mumbled. "just GREAT! I was so close to defeating him, and now he's gone. I don't even know where I am..."
He fell to his knees, and looked up at the blank night sky. It started raining, but Sora didn't mind. The rain droplets felt nice on his skin. For a split second, the rain reminded him of the ocean back at his home, Destiny Islands. Oh, how he longed for life to just be normal, to live on his island with Riku and Kairi...maybe it was his imagination or the droplets, but Sora felt
Already O v e r -Ch. 2-"Xemnas!" Sora yelled out, his Keyblade at the ready. "There's nowhere left to run! You might as well give up, there's six of us and only one of you."
Xemnas, not saying anything, turned around to face them. His face was still covered by his hood, nothing was showing.
"I'm surprised..." he finally spoke. "that you actually made it this far. Although, I am talking to the Keyblade Master. How hard was it to take down every single member of my precious Organization?"
He took of his hood, his face revealed in Kingdom Heart's brilliant glow. His eyes were a dark orange, looking as if they were filled with nothing. Silver strands of his hair fe
Already O v e r -Ch. 1-Memory's Skyscraper cast it's eerie glow around the deserted town, seeming to be one of the only sources of light. The other source was Kingdom Hearts itself. Looking up at the heart-shaped moon, Sora was filled with emotions, anger, hate, excitement. This was it. All he had to do was ambush the Castle, defeat the remaining Organization XIII members, and destroy Kingdom Hearts. As hard as that sounds, Sora felt like he could defeat each of the members with one hand tied behind his back. Luckily for him, he didn't have to go on by himself. He had his best friends with him. Donald, Goofy, Riku, King Mickey, and Kairi. How good it felt to be sid
Every Angel Deserves a Child"I can't feel the unfurling of my wings, Daddy."
I was not her father. I had entered her life when she was two years old, and she called me Daddy since she never knew her real father. Her mother's death two years ago made me the sole, living parent of an eleven-year-old, and I never felt like I was the right person for the job.
"What do you mean, Asrin?"
"Mom always said that when puberty started I would be the swan that emerged from the ugly duckling. She said I would be able to fly gracefully towards my dreams. But, I don't feel it."
As much of a woman as she was becoming, she was still a child. I wanted to answer her question, but I really had a hard time discussing her blossoming womanhood in the middle of a laundromat. Her pretty eyes were pleading with me, but I told her we'd talk later.
Janet had told Asrin a lot of things before she succumbed to the cancer. The last week or so of Janet's life were morphine-induced fantasy, I think.
Janet and I had met during c
