Song of Love
Xeyruda was walking down the hallway, anxious yet happy. Demyx had asked her to meet him in his room at 7:00 p.m., saying he had something for her. "What could it be?" she wondered. "Maybe he remembered our 1-month anniversary..." Xeyruda and Demyx have been dating for about a month, and they've decided that after every month, they'd have a little anniversary. Before she reached his room, she heard music playing. There wasn't any words to the melody, just notes and chords. The music itself had an odd foreign aura around it...like the instrument was from some other place...And the only instrument Xeyruda could think of was a sitar. Demyx's sitar to be more accurate. Could this what he wanted to show her, a song? Did he make it specifically for her? As she drew closer to his room, the music became more clear, more beautiful. She knocked on his door, shortly after the music stopped abruptly. He probably heard her coming. He answered the door, smiling. "Hey!" he gave her a light peck on the lips.
She smiled, blushing. "Hiya." she replied. He gestured her to come in. Walking into his room, Xeyruda could tell that Demyx wanted to impress her. His room was clean, practically spotless...which it never was. His bed was made, all his dirty clothes were gone, and the room smelled faintly of lemon air-freshener. There was even a little table in the middle of the room, with a rose in a glass jar, and candles next to it.
"Aw...you really went all out~" Xeyruda commented, impressed by her boyfriend. He grinned.
"Yep. Literally took all day..." he was proud of himself. He put his arm around her. "Nothing's too good for you, though!"
She blushed again. She almost wanted to ask about the music she heard, but if that was what he wanted to give to her, she didn't want to spoil the surprise. They both sat down at the table and talked for awhile, occasionally holding hands or kissing.
Demyx glanced at his sitar for a second, and said: "You know I said that I wanted to give you something, right?"
"Yeah..." she answered. "What is it?"
He picked up the sitar. "And you know how I've been slacking off on missions?...Well, more than usual?"
"Yes..."
"...This is why." And he started playing. Xeyruda recognized the melody, it was the same one that she heard earlier. But...it sounded even better. He played his sitar with such grace and talent, that it looked as if this was the hardest he's ever played. The song sounded different in a way. Like it was being played by another instrument, not a sitar. If she had a heart, Xeyruda would have been moved to tears. It sounded so perfect...so beautiful...if only this moment never ended...
But as always, good things came to an end.
He finished up the song, and looked at her, slightly blushing. "...that was bad, wasn't it?"
"....No...n-no, it was awesome...How'd you learn to play like that?" she asked, practically speechless.
"Who says slacking off is bad for you?" He grinned again.
"And...you really made that for me?"
"Yep! 'Cuz I love you!"
"....." She pulled him into a deep kiss. "I love you, too."
His face was a deep red. "Oh! Before I forget...what should I call that song...I can't think of anything...." he said, deep in thought.
"Hm...what about...'Song of Love'?" she suggested.
"Yeah...yeah, that's perfect!" he replied. "Song of Love..."

Heathens by Twenty One Piolets Animation Idea
I've had this idea for an animation set to song Heathens by Twenty One Piolets, pretty much since the first tine I heard it. I know exactly when I would want certain cues of this short story to occur in line with the music too, but I have one problem: I am in no way an animator! I'm reaching out in hopes that someone who wants a challenge to build on their animating ability might want to try to animate this for me! I would love to see how it would turn out; if anyone gives it a shot, please let me know!
Summary:
It's the evening of a Full Moon night and a little girl is following an older boy into the woods. The boy clearly doesn't want the
